35 Golf The Links

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort has three renowned golf courses, with a fourth set to open in 2010. While the courses at Bandon Dunes might be out of the price range for many South Coast residents, golfers can hone their skills at the resort's 30-acre practice facility.

Golfers can practice their putting on a 1-acre putting green, work on their driving skills on the long range or practice their irons and sand wedges in other areas of the facility.

In addition, the resort's par-3 course, which is known by the names Wee Dunes and Shorty's, is open during the afternoons most days.

The facility is open during daylight hours and range balls can be purchased by the bucket on site.

The resort is a few miles north of Bandon, just north of Bullards Beach State Park.
